Job Summary
Develop and refine strategies to identify high-value customer segments using data analytics and predictive insights. Design initiatives to monetize data assets through AI/ML solutions, creating innovative products like API management and B2B2X marketplaces. Drive revenue growth by targeting customer acquisition, loyalty enhancement, and maximizing lifetime value across priority segments. Establish partnerships with third-party data providers and technology vendors to generate new revenue opportunities. Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate strategy effectiveness and provide actionable insights for decision-making. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver integrated solutions while ensuring alignment with corporate ethics and regulatory frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
- At least 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience within the telecommunications or technology sector
- Demonstrated experience in growth strategy
- Demonstrated experience in data monetization
- Demonstrated experience in customer segmentation
- Demonstrated experience in analytics-driven business development
