We are seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead performance and conversion-focused marketing efforts, driving Myriad's growth engine and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute impactful campaigns and optimize acquisition funnels.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in growth, performance, and digital marketing
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
- Demonstrated experience creating, managing, and optimizing acquisition funnels
- Excellent written communication; copywriting skills are a plus
- Proactive, hands-on operator who takes full ownership of outcomes
- Experience with core marketing tools, such as HubSpot or a similar CRM/automation platform
- Experience in a structured environment combined with the ability to operate independently in a startup environment
