Job Summary

Senior Growth Marketing Manager for Public Sector leading and scaling B2G demand generation and go-to-market efforts across state and local government markets. Own pipeline performance from strategy to MQL delivery, influence on revenue, and measurement. Develop integrated go-to-market strategies for net new logos, upsell/cross-sell, and multi-year expansion with partners (e.g., Esri, Microsoft). Build segment-specific strategies for new demand, adoption, and partner-led opportunities. Translate government technology into compelling value propositions for buyers, users, and partners; plan and execute partner-aligned growth initiatives. Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns for new business demand, retention, adoption, and partner-influenced pipeline; support events and pre/post event campaigns. Make data-informed decisions on investment and optimization, collaborate with Sales/BDR, Product, Customer Success, and Operations, and lead marketing automation and ABM practices. Mentoring and developing team members while scaling the function. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in B2B marketing with public sector GovTech experience; experience with HubSpot, ABM, multichannel campaigns; strong communication skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: SaaS/government marketing, public sector procurement familiarity, mentoring experience, advanced analytics.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with direct B2G / public sector marketing experience required
  • Proven success driving pipeline and MQLs in a government or GovTech environment
  • Strong experience with demand generation, ABM, and multichannel campaign execution
  • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot or comparable marketing automation platforms
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and campaign messaging
  • Highly organized, data driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and drive initiatives from idea to execution
  • Confident communicator with experience presenting to senior leaders, cross functional partners, or external audiences
