Job Summary
Senior Growth Manager & Studio Lead to own and accelerate growth of the Music Studio product family (e.g., Piano App). Define the Studio Growth Strategy, lead a cross-functional Growth Squad across ASO, CRM & loyalty, monetization, and growth design, and stay hands-on. Build and execute GTM strategies, balance acquisition with profitability focusing on ROAS/CAC–LTV, increase subscriber base and retention, implement lifecycle marketing, and establish an experimentation cadence across the full funnel. Responsibilities span defining strategy, owning end-to-end growth, leading by doing, and making data-driven decisions to scale globally.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in mobile app growth marketing with ownership across acquisition, retention, and monetization
- Clear ownership of end-to-end growth from strategy to execution and results
- Data-driven mindset with metrics, experiments, and tooling to make decisions
- Ability to operate autonomously with senior-level responsibility in high-ownership environments
- Solid experience with subscription-based revenue models and LTV/CAC optimization
- Familiarity with Growth Tooling (e.g. CleverTap, Braze, Adapty, RevenueCat, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with analytics & experimentation tools (e.g. Firebase, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Tableau, or similar)
- Experience growing products for a younger, creator- or learner-oriented audience
- Experience scaling products globally, especially in the US market
- Familiarity with cultural and behavioral differences in acquisition, engagement, and retention across regions
