Job Summary
Senior Growth Manager for JAPAC leading pipeline generation and outbound demand strategies. Own the JAPAC outbound pipeline, scale campaigns, and collaborate with sales leadership to tie programs to revenue. Build scalable demand generation frameworks, expand AI-assisted SDR initiatives, and optimize data-driven audience targeting and signal identification. Drive end-to-end campaign lifecycle—from brief through performance analysis—across cross-functional teams (sales, data science, MDRs, marketing operations, product marketing) with high autonomy and visibility. This Sydney-based, on-site role requires deep expertise in B2B marketing, data analysis (SQL/Sheets/Excel), and the ability to design repeatable, scalable marketing systems that improve engagement and conversions.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, biz ops, strategic consulting; high growth startup experience highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing operations and product teams
- Proficiency in data analysis; knowledge of SQL and Google Sheets or Excel preferred
- Experience managing large-scale marketing campaigns and optimizing performance
