Job Summary
Senior Growth Leader in Fractal’s Healthcare practice responsible for hunting and winning net-new logos. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including pipeline generation, structuring commercial terms and SOWs, and developing client proposals. Engage C-suite and senior stakeholders across providers, payers, life sciences, and healthcare technology; collaborate with internal delivery and solution teams to ensure smooth handoffs and successful engagements. Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and forecast, stay current on healthcare regulations and market dynamics, and represent Fractal at industry events. Requires 10+ years in healthcare sales or related leadership roles, a bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred), strong communication and executive-facing skills, a hands-on selling style, and willingness to travel up to 30% across US and global markets.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare sales, business development, or commercial leadership
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets in complex or consultative selling environments
- Experience selling to healthcare providers, payers, life sciences organizations, or healthcare technology companies
- Strong communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder-engagement skills
- Understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Willingness to travel as needed (up to ~30%)
- A bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred
