Identify and evaluate new market opportunities across Spain, Portugal, Americas & Italy; lead market entry initiatives; develop business cases, go-to-market strategies, and scalable execution plans; build and grow new distribution channels including partnerships, affiliates, marketplaces, and digital channels; onboard strategic partners to expand reach; design and execute growth initiatives that deliver incremental revenue; build financial models to support investment decisions; establish a strong experimentation mindset with pilots and proof-of-concept initiatives; collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Digital teams to remove barriers and accelerate delivery; fluent in English and Spanish; growth mindset with entrepreneurial, hands-on approach and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously; strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
