Job Summary
Senior Growth Lead to own the full-funnel growth engine across a portfolio of digital education products. Remote, individual-contributor role with strategic influence. Responsible for building measurement infrastructure, identifying high-impact growth opportunities, and running structured experiments to improve enrolments and revenue. Key duties include creating dashboards and a unified metrics framework, translating funnel data into actionable insights for executives, maintaining a single source of truth for growth performance, leading conversion rate optimisation across user journeys and application flows, delivering growth infrastructure projects, designing and documenting A/B and multivariate tests with clear hypotheses, refining email/SMS/communication journeys (including segmentation and automation), enhancing nurture and re-engagement lifecycle journeys based on behavioural data, and maintaining a backlog of growth experiments balancing quick wins with long-term opportunities. Requirements include 5+ years in growth/ CRO, advanced Excel/Sheets modelling, hands-on HubSpot or similar automation experience, rigorous experimentation methodology, strong funnel analytics, experience improving forms/conversion journeys, proven email nurture program experience, proficiency with AI tools for research and workflow automation, and ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced startup/scale-up environments. Education/industry context is advantageous (edtech/education), with potential beneficial exposure to SQL/BI tools such as Looker or Metabase. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in growth marketing, conversion rate optimisation, or related discipline with track record of funnel improvements
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (modelling, cohort analysis, forecasting)
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation
- Experience designing/executing A/B or multivariate experiments
- Experience with funnel analytics and identifying root causes
- Experience improving forms/applications/conversion journeys (Typeform or similar)
- Experience building or overhauling email nurture programmes and automated flows
- Comfort using AI tools for research, analysis, content iteration, and automation
- Experience operating in startup/scale-up environments with autonomy
- Collaborative cross-functional ability
- Experience in education/edtech is advantageous
- Exposure to SQL or BI tools (Looker, Metabase) would be beneficial
