Senior Growth Consultant for Coldwell Banker responsible for driving growth and brand engagement with franchisees in the Northeast. Focus areas include retention, growth, and optimization, with responsibilities spanning market evaluation, growth strategy development, and presenting at prospect-facing events. Responsibilities include leading field support, developing growth initiatives (organic gain, consolidation, transfer, M&A, roll-ins), driving metrics (recruiting, retention, per-agent production, franchise sales, brand engagement), conducting financial analysis and business planning, and delivering virtual strategy sessions. Occasional travel up to 50% within the Northeast is required; ideal candidates are located in New Jersey or New York, with openness to others. Requirements include a minimum of five years in business consulting or coaching, a proven growth track record, and the ability to align with franchisee goals; real estate or franchising experience is preferred. The role emphasizes strategic thinking, stakeholder management, persuasive communication, and close collaboration with brand leadership to drive franchise growth and market share.
