Senior Group Tactical Operations Manager - Chassis

Job Summary
Support operationally challenged or financially distressed suppliers through on-site engagement and structured recovery plans. Lead and manage projects covering supplier manufacturing operations, capacity, material flow, scheduling, launch execution, and logistics. Lead cross-functional problem-solving with suppliers, plants, engineering, purchasing, and finance to resolve complex manufacturing and supply chain issues. Assess supplier schedules and develop solutions that minimize production disruptions, while monitoring capacity constraints and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Utilize data analytics to identify risks and manage a team of 8-15 direct employees. This role requires up to 75% travel in North America, including weekends, and is categorized as hybrid. Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain management are required. GM does not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.
Required Qualifications
