Job Summary

Evaluates opportunities for sales-originating business and determines optimal pricing options for group, transient, and catering segments to maximize revenue and profit. Facilitates the evaluation process to deliver fast, accurate responses to sales leads, communicates results to stakeholders, and develops group and catering strategies for the property. Serves as a sales and customer advocate for the hotels with franchise partners/owners, promotes brand equity, and participates in quarterly regional reviews. Demonstrates knowledge of relevant products, systems, and processes and builds constructive relationships with internal stakeholders to drive revenue management initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in the revenue management, sales and marketing, or related professional area.
  • 4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; no work experience required.
