Senior Group Risk Analyst, ILED

Conduct daily analysis of operational risk loss event data to verify quality, assess compliance with published standards, and prepare segment summary reports. Act as a subject matter expert to guide the classification of internal risk events, manage access rights for the MERLIN application, and support technology solution projects including business acceptance testing. Perform completeness checks on data captured in the loss event database, identify emerging trends, and recommend solutions to address data quality gaps while ensuring alignment with enterprise frameworks and regulatory requirements. Monitor productivity and efficiency within the Corporate Operational Risk Management ILED team, drive continuous improvements, and maintain a culture of risk management and control.
