Job Summary
Lead purchasing strategy development and implementation for global projects, defining objectives, deliverables, and timelines with stakeholders. Deploy new processes and tools while managing change communication plans, training end users, and monitoring continuous improvement. Conduct cost and savings analyses, market research to evaluate suppliers, and diagnose process strengths and weaknesses to drive improvements. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for timely project delivery, track budgets against financial guidelines, and maintain accurate procurement records. Provide regular status updates to management and assist in resolving procurement discrepancies. Ensure full compliance with regulations and policies while supporting the Purchasing Manager in team initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- A proven record working in a global, multinational, strategic procurement environment
- Process oriented in global company with independent entities
- Excellent written and spoken English
- The ability to operate effectively in an environment with tight deadlines and finite resource and uncertainty

- The ability to handle multiply projects at the same time with some uncertain requirements
