Senior Group Manager, Non-Financial and Operational Risk

Lead and manage the Group’s non-financial & operational risk management methodology/framework (incl. risk taxonomy, control library and risk appetite), policies, and standards; oversee data quality in the PRISM ORM module for Head Office and LBUs; coordinate the Group-wide Risks and Controls Self-Assessment (RCSA) and maintain a dynamic RCSA with independent challenge; act as the Group Risk Steward for selected operational risk areas; provide insights on internal operational risk incidents and risk appetite events; ensure investigations are completed with root-cause analysis and mitigations; provide timely risk reporting to Group Risk Governance Forum; support non-financial risk management skills and risk awareness, including potential training; lead non-financial risk management projects in pursuit of strategic goals; requires strong stakeholder management, data analytics and AI capabilities, and a solid background in financial services/insurance risk frameworks.
