Senior Group Employee Benefits Underwriter based in Zurich, Switzerland, responsible for risk assessment of new and renewal business within a portfolio of Group Life and/or Medical Insurance for multinational corporate customers. Collaborates with sales to acquire new corporate clients and works closely with account managers and network partners to win and retain business. Supports development and maintenance of underwriting tools and processes and contributes to ongoing performance management of the book of business. Requires practical experience (minimum 6 years) in pricing and underwriting Group Life and/or Medical Insurance, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and good English communication to discuss technical topics with a wide range of stakeholders. Able to translate customer requirements into deliverables and quickly assimilate new technical information related to risk assessment. Based at Quai Zurich Campus with hybrid remote work; located in Zurich, Switzerland with access to on-site facilities and strong public transportation.
