Job Summary

Senior Group Billing Clerk responsible for supporting a high-volume financial shared services environment across North American hotel properties. Acts as the first point of escalation for billing questions, audits work for accuracy, and prepares final invoices for complex group cancellations and multi-property events. Maintains PCI compliance, reconciles charges to group and catering master accounts, researches missing/discrepant charges, and delivers final invoices to clients and third-party planners. Collaborates with hotel Finance, Sales, Catering, and Conference Services teams to meet client needs, achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets, and uphold service standards. Requires relationship-building, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to lead in dynamic, hospitality-focused settings.

Required Qualifications

  • HS Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 6 months of billing and accounting experience
  • 1-2 years customer-facing work experience in hospitality or finance environment
  • Ability to work cooperatively with others, maintain confidentiality, and communicate effectively both written and verbally
  • Ability to organize workload, adapt quickly to change, and deliver under the pressure of deadlines
  • Ability to perform both standard and intermediate spreadsheet functions using Microsoft Office
