Job Summary
Own the client experience as the primary contact for high-complexity accounts, conducting regular meetings, managing escalations, and guiding clients through audits and compliance milestones. Lead a pod of junior analysts by providing day-to-day direction, constructive feedback, and professional development support to ensure high-quality delivery across engagements. Interpret regulatory frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF to oversee evidence collection, control mapping, and policy development while collaborating on risk mitigation and process improvements. Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding each client's unique business context and delivering actionable compliance guidance.

- Willingness and ability to travel locally for occasional onsite meetings
