Job Summary
Design SharePoint Online websites, executive PowerPoint presentations, and comprehensive process documentation including playbooks, journey maps, and workflow diagrams. Partner with business stakeholders to translate complex workflows into clear visual artifacts while maintaining consistency across Talent Acquisition tools and communications. Manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and ensure deliverables align with professional quality and branding standards. This 12-month contract role supports internal and external visual design needs for a senior position in Plano, TX.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience designing SharePoint Online websites or similar digital experiences
- 5+ years of experience developing professional PowerPoint business and executive presentations
- 3+ years of experience designing playbooks and process documentation
- Strong visual design and communication skills
- Experience translating business processes and workflows into clear visual documentation
- Experience working with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines
- Strong SharePoint Online + PowerPoint + process/playbook design experience is essential
