Job Summary
Lead end-to-end design projects for in-store visual presentations and window displays, creating renderings, asset development, and concepts incorporating mannequins, fixtures, and marketing materials. Manage and mentor junior designers while ensuring all communications align with brand guidelines and collaborate with cross-functional teams on store design and collateral. Oversee VMD budgeting and finance processes, including PO management, while maintaining project organization and timelines for multiple deliverables. Work evenings and weekends as needed to support business operations.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in senior design or design management roles
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Basic working knowledge of 3D modeling programs (e.g., Google SketchUp, Adobe Dimension)
- Strong visual and spatial design skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and a collaborative team player
- Able to work independently and manage projects within scope, timeline, and budget
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings and weekends based on business needs
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Visual Merchandising, Graphic Design, or related field preferred — or equivalent professional experience
