Job Summary
Lead a team of graphic designers and oversee the end-to-end design process from concept to final execution. Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across digital and offline platforms while collaborating with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver compelling visuals. Review and approve designs, manage multiple project timelines, and coordinate vendor work for print and external projects. Stay updated with industry trends to align outputs with business goals and marketing strategies. Work Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 7 PM in a growing firm with an open-door policy and little hierarchy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in graphic design
- 2–3 years in a leadership role
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design projects
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Experience with digital, social media, and branding design
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle feedback and iterate designs efficiently
