Job Summary
Collaborate with marketing teams and agency partners to interpret creative briefs and develop compelling collateral for credit card and consumer finance products. Design high-quality visual assets across print, digital, social, email, and motion channels while ensuring strict brand consistency. Manage end-to-end projects from concept development through artwork preparation and deployment, delivering creative solutions that meet business needs and deadlines. Contribute process improvements and stay current with emerging design trends and technologies.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in a graphic design role
- relevant design qualification
- strong portfolio showcasing creativity, innovation, and diverse design capabilities
- strong understanding of branding, customer experience (CX), UI principles, print and digital production
- ability to maintain brand consistency across all channels
- advanced proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
- ability to manage multiple priorities, work autonomously, and consistently deliver high-quality work to deadline
- ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders, agencies, and external partners
- ability to take ownership of projects, work autonomously, and deliver exceptional creative outcomes from concept to completion
- Proven experience creating engaging motion graphics, animation, and video content
