Develop campaign key visuals, layouts, and concepts aligned with brand standards while translating marketing briefs into high-quality digital and print-ready assets. Design social posts, ads, brochures, flyers, presentations, emailers, banners, signage, and event materials, preparing final artwork files for digital publishing, printing, production, and supplier handover. Maintain consistency in logo usage, typography, colors, spacing, imagery, and overall visual identity by creating and updating design systems and reusable creative assets. Support real estate project launches with full creative packages and coordinate with content, sales, consultants, photographers, and printers to ensure accurate outputs. Review final designs for accuracy, language placement, dimensions, resolution, and production specifications while managing multiple deadlines to maintain premium quality.
