Job Summary
Senior Graphic Designer for CCB Communications (Consumer Banking). Lead executive presentation design for high-stakes leadership forums and internal/external events, translating complex narratives into clear, executive-ready visuals. Partner with communications strategists and business stakeholders to craft narrative-driven presentations, shape layouts and visual storytelling, and design assets across presentations, web, video, social, and email. Manage the design process from concept to final delivery, ensure alignment with brand guidelines, and collaborate with freelancers or external agencies as needed. Strong PowerPoint skills and a solid portfolio of executive-facing work are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional design experience in an agency or corporate communications environment
- Demonstrated excellence in executive presentation design with a portfolio of high-stakes presentations
- Strong command of visual storytelling including narrative structure and information hierarchy
- High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint as a primary tool
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) with After Effects or Premiere a plus
- Exceptional visual design skills (layout, typography, composition, color)
- Strong communication and stakeholder-influence skills
- Proven organizational and project management abilities
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Self-motivated and able to deliver high-quality work under deadlines
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in financial services, technology or highly regulated environments a plus
- Familiarity with digital, UX/UI, responsive design and motion concepts a plus
