Job Summary
Senior Government Property Analyst to manage government/customer-owned property and assets per FAR/DFARS policies. Responsibilities include property management, asset tracking, compliance with regulations, risk management, reporting, coordination with agencies and contractors, policy development, training staff, audits and inspections, and disposal of surplus properties. Provides leadership and mentorship to a team of property analysts and specialists within the CDM Property Management Team. Requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills; 5+ years experience and a Bachelor’s degree; NPMA/CPPS certifications preferred; active security clearance preferred. Location: Tullahoma, TN; full-time role with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years of related experience
- NPMA Certification preferred
- Certified Property Professional Specialist (CPPS) preferred
- Active security clearance preferred; ability to obtain one required
