Job Summary
Senior Government Programs Manager to lead government contract initiatives across PsiQuantum, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-priority government projects, manage pre-award planning, negotiation, and administration of complex contracts (including procurement contracts, grants, cooperative agreements, and OTAs), ensure 100% compliance with government requirements, and maintain strong relationships with U.S. government agencies and internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in government program management
- Strong expertise with U.S. Government contracting processes and accounting
- Strong experience in applying contractual management principles, policies, methods, techniques, and systems
- U.S. Top Secret/SCI security clearance in good standing, or eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret/SCI security clearance
