Job Summary
Consult clients on their digital transformation journey by providing technical support for all Google Workspace-related questions. Independently manage and execute Google Workspace migrations across various system environments, including transitions from Microsoft to Google Workspace. Lead project creation of proof of concepts, technical kickoffs, and training sessions for customer IT administrators. Drive projects with full autonomy while collaborating directly with customer teams and supporting colleagues unit-wide with expertise.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossenes Studium mit IT Ausrichtung oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (min. C1)
- Englischkenntnisse
- Kenntnisse im Windows Client- und Server-Umfeld
- Erfahrung mit Exchange
- Erfahrung mit Active Directory
- mehrjährige Erfahrungen mit der Google Workspace Technologie und Architektur
