Job Summary
Senior Go-To-Market Manager responsible for orchestrating the launch and lifecycle of Geotab products and solutions. You will be the central hub aligning Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to maximize market impact and revenue, developing comprehensive GTM strategies, guiding cross-functional readiness for releases, collaborating with Product Marketing on messaging and assets, defining sales targets and enablement, partnering with Finance on pricing and cost planning, and establishing KPIs and dashboards to monitor launch success. You will drive continuous improvement through post-launch retrospectives, translate market feedback into product lifecycle decisions, and ensure close collaboration with Rev Ops and channel/partner programs. The role requires extensive GTM experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence across multiple functions to deliver commercial outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 8-10+ years in go-to-market, product marketing, product management, or related role (B2B tech)
- Experience launching technology software and hardware solutions
- Strong knowledge of channels to market (Resellers, VARS, Carriers, direct sales)
- Data-driven decision making and robust business case development
- Strong presentation skills and ability to train/support teams
- Cross-functional collaboration across Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations
- Project management and ability to manage multiple launches
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Team leadership and mentorship in GTM contexts
