Job Summary
Senior Go-to-Market Manager owns end-to-end channel marketing programs, driving fixtures/displays, digital shelf execution, and retail promotions with on-time, on-budget delivery. Serves as the connective tissue between Creative, Sales, retail partners, and vendors, crafting creative briefs, managing vendor quotes and production, defining launch opportunities with national retailers, and sustaining buy-in across Sales, Marketing, and retail buyers. Owns channel marketing calendar, budget, performance reporting, and develops playbooks to ensure scalable execution across national and regional accounts. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years of marketing/program management experience, plus strong written communication, vendor-management, and proficiency with AI tools and project-management software.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in marketing, program management, or channel marketing.
- Track record of owning complex programs from planning through execution — budget, stakeholders, timeline, and measurement.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Asana.
- Proficiency in AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot.
