Senior Global Trade Compliance Manager

Senior SAP Supply Chain Transformation Lead to provide enterprise-level leadership for the design, definition, and delivery of a global SAP-enabled supply chain planning transformation programme. Responsible for shaping the future supply chain operating model, defining SAP planning design and governance, and ensuring delivery of measurable business outcomes and sustained operational performance. Key accountabilities include end-to-end programme delivery (design through deployment), defining and architecting SAP supply chain planning solutions, translating business requirements into SAP design, maintaining design integrity and scalability, standardising planning processes across regions, governance and stakeholder management across Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and external partners, and leading change management, training, and adoption with hypercare planning. Extensive experience leading global SAP transformation programmes (end-to-end) and deep expertise in SAP Supply Chain planning modules, with a background in Engineer-to-Order environments and strong programme and stakeholder management capabilities.
