Job Summary
Senior Global Talent Partner responsible for delivering end-to-end Talent Acquisition for ABB Motion, collaborating with Divisional TA Leads, Head of TA and hiring managers to attract and hire the right people. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruiting process, adjusting hiring strategy by role, building pipelines aligned to divisional needs, acting as a subject-matter expert on Talent Market Insights, educating hiring managers on TA best practices, championing inclusivity in all steps of the talent acquisition process, and participating in TA improvement projects. Requires 5+ years in recruiting/talent acquisition, ability to manage critical/hard-to-fill roles, strong ownership and remote leadership capabilities, and fluent English. Offers flexible working models including hybrid options, with compensation details shared with shortlisted candidates in EU locations; location eligibility spans multiple countries with final work location determined based on the selected candidate.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end delivery in Recruiting / Talent Acquisition
- Experience in managing critical and hard-to-fill positions, working with global stakeholders
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
- Strong ownership, accountability, and ability to operate in a remote leadership setup
- Collaborative mindset with effective communication and relationship-building skills
