Senior Global Supply Manager, Electromechanicals

Senior Global Supply Manager for electromechanical components (Antenna, Connectors, Cables, Wire Harnesses) responsible for developing and executing commodity sourcing strategies for in-house manufacturing of complex electromechanical systems. Role includes creating technology and commodity roadmaps, acting as liaison between supply chain and engineering for supplier and component selection during NPI and sustaining projects, identifying new suppliers globally, conducting market research and contract negotiations for silicon components, supplier evaluation, RFI/RFP/SOW management, driving price negotiation, consolidating spend, monitoring market conditions, and coordinating with finance during monthly closes. Requires strong negotiation skills, experience with cost models for should-cost analyses, and proven ability to manage supplier relationships and performance. FAA Part 107 certification within 60 days is encouraged and relocation assistance may be provided. Compensation ranges from $139,000 to $198,000 plus equity and benefits; remote options available. Location: San Mateo, California, USA (remote option available).
