Job Summary
Senior sales Learning & Development professional leading global program design and delivery for Nike’s Global Sales L&D. Design, build, and deploy learner-focused curriculums across virtual, digital, and in-person formats; partner with Global and Geo Sales L&D, HR, and GTM to drive aligned execution; own work streams including measurement dashboards, Workday LMS management, and global program deployment; facilitate sessions and enable facilitators; leverage data to shape strategy and demonstrate impact across markets.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in corporate learning, talent development, or instructional design
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources (HR), or related field
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools (Workday and Articulate preferred)
- Proven ability to facilitate both virtual and in-person learning experiences
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills across global teams
