Job Summary
Senior Global Reporting & Analytics Analyst responsible for leading development, analysis, and delivery of KPI-driven reporting for global Financial Shared Services. Key duties include monitoring DPO/DSO, invoice processing time, payment accuracy, vendor term compliance, collections, and cash flow optimization; building dashboards in Power BI/Tableau; performing advanced data analytics to identify performance trends and operational risks; supporting automation and process improvements in AP/AR; and communicating insights to senior leadership with cross-functional collaboration across global finance, procurement, and operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable, Invoice-to-Pay, or financial reporting, with at least 3 years in data analysis, reporting, and KPI-driven decision-making in a global finance environment
- Advanced proficiency in P2P systems (SAP, Coupa, Oracle), Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, etc.) and business intelligence platforms (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong understanding of AP processes, controls, and metrics such as DPO, invoice accuracy, payment terms compliance, and early payment discounts
- Proven ability to manage, analyze, and visualize large datasets and distill findings into actionable business insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration abilities in a global, matrixed environment
- Lean Six Sigma, or data analytics certifications (e.g., CAP, Google or IBM Data Analytics) (Preferred)
- Experience with shared services, business process outsourcing (BPO), or global service delivery models (Preferred)
- Working knowledge of cash flow forecasting and working capital optimization processes (Preferred)
- Familiarity with AP automation solutions, RPA, or workflow optimization tools (Preferred)
