Senior Global Product Manager- Hardware

Job Summary
Manage the strategy and execution of new product innovation and renovation, creating full product business plans including concept, positioning, forecasting, and P&L management. Conduct industry and competitive analyses to drive strategic product decisions, define consumer targets, and develop product requirements while gaining cross-functional alignment. Actively conduct research to share insights with the team, work closely with ID, engineering, China, and QA on execution, and lead Gate meetings to track timelines and milestones. Lead development of product packaging, partner with channel and product marketing for launch storytelling, and manage ongoing business post-launch through performance tracking and reporting. This role requires an MBA or bachelor's degree with 7+ years of product marketing experience in consumer electronics, with a focus on developing upfront strategies for new innovation.
Required Qualifications
- MBA highly preferred or bachelor's degree with 7+ years of product marketing experience
- Brand or product management experience

- Strategic thinking—proficient and comfortable with developing solid product strategies in non-structured environment

- Passion and experience deriving consumer insights—experience conducting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative research leading to key insights
- Must demonstrate a high level of curiosity and willingness to get hands-on in project work
- Must be comfortable with ambiguity and demonstrate an ability to work through unknowns
- Excellent communication skills—demonstrated use of written, presentation and verbal skills
- Must be able to communicate business and product stories in concise compelling way to drive alignment and buy-in across the organization
- Working at all levels—proven ability to drive strategic thinking about product direction as well as diving into the details to fully deliver successful product launch
- Team player—build strong relationships with the cross-functional team while serving as the team lead to drive results
- Data-driven decisions—know how to get and analyze data to make business decisions, balancing thoughtful research with the need for timeliness
