Job Summary
Senior Global Media & Social Intelligence Manager to oversee global media tracking, analyzing social intelligence trends, and translating data into actionable marketing strategies. Responsibilities include monitoring global media coverage and social conversations to track brand sentiment and share of voice; synthesizing complex data from social listening tools into actionable insights for executives and marketing teams; collaborating with cross-functional teams to align social intelligence data with corporate communications goals; establishing KPIs to measure effectiveness of global PR and social media campaigns. Requires 6-8 years in media relations, social listening, corporate communications, or data analytics; a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or equivalent practical experience; expertise with Brandwatch, Meltwater, Sprinklr; cross-cultural experience across India and North America. Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in Communications/Data Science) and experience in deep tech or high-growth SaaS. Required Qualifications
