Job Summary

Senior Global Executive IT Support Specialist delivering white-glove technology support to EA's executive leadership. Engineer automated solutions using Python or PowerShell and orchestrate workflows across platforms such as Power Automate, MuleSoft, SnapLogic, and Workato; deploy AI-augmented operations and integrate RESTful APIs to unify data flows across enterprise environments (e.g., Jamf, Intune, ServiceNow, Slack, Teams). Provide responsive IT support for executives across devices and platforms (Windows, macOS, iOS/Android, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, Intune, Jamf, SCCM), and prepare technology for high-visibility meetings and events with end-to-end ownership of service recovery and continuous improvement. Collaborate across global teams to modernize systems, share best practices, and ensure confidential, top-tier technology experiences for leaders wherever they are located, including remote and on-site support.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience providing IT support for executives, VIP users, or high-touch environments
  • Experience engineering automated solutions with Python or PowerShell and using platforms such as Power Automate, MuleSoft, SnapLogic, or Workato
  • Experience deploying AI-augmented operations and integrating RESTful APIs between enterprise environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
