Job Summary

Senior Global Director Medical Affairs (GU malignancies) leads the Global Medical and Scientific Affairs execution (GMSA) for genitourinary diseases, with a focus on the US and ROW. Drives annual V&I plans, serves as SME and cross-functional connector, develops actionable Medical Value Narratives, engages country-level stakeholders, supports data generation, congress planning, and advisory boards, and collaborates across Product Development sub-teams to align global strategies with local execution. Partners with USDMA and regions to contextualize global strategies for local relevance, organizes global symposia, and manages programs for safe utilization of medicines or vaccines. Requires advanced medical degree and at least 5 years in country/region medical affairs or clinical development; strong strategic, communication, and project-management skills; preferred GU cancer regional medical affairs experience. Salary range: $210,400.00 - $331,100.00. Hybrid work arrangement; travel up to 25%; relocation is not indicated.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum: M.D., Ph.D. or Pharm.D. (M.D. preferred)

Desired Qualifications

  • M.D., Ph.D. or Pharm.D. (M.D. preferred) and recognized medical expertise
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in country/region medical affairs or clinical development
  • Strong prioritization and decision-making skills
  • Ability to collaborate across divisions in a matrix environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, communication skills (written and oral)
  • Results-oriented project management skills
  • Preferred: at least 3 years regional medical affairs experience in GU cancers
  • Customer expertise with scientific leadership and payers/government officials
  • Proficiency in Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Strategic Planning, Stakeholder Engagement
