Job Summary
Support global compensation strategies for Michael Kors, Jimmy Choo, and Versace by administering equity programs, processing grants, and maintaining bonus accrual files. Coordinate year-end payments with finance, distribute Target Agreement Forms, and lead the annual merit and variable pay plan process. Complete global salary survey submissions, analyze results, and conduct competitive pay benchmarking and financial modeling. Perform statistical analysis, data modeling, and costing for total rewards programs while preparing charts and graphs for HR analytics presentations. Requires a bachelor's degree, three years of compensation experience, and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Salary range is $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 USD.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, ideally with an emphasis in finance, mathematics or computer science
- 3 years of compensation experience
- Experience having gone through at least one merit cycle
- Expert proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience using an HRIS system
