Job Summary
Lead global cross-functional study teams and external vendors to deliver clinical studies within agreed timelines, budgets, and inspection readiness standards. Manage end-to-end planning from feasibility through closeout, overseeing trial allocation, site selection, and regulatory submissions while ensuring robust RBQM processes and TMF compliance. Act as the primary escalation point for study issues, driving process improvements, SOP development, and resource optimization to maintain operational efficiency across oncology partnership programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline
- 8 or more years of progressive experience in clinical research within biotech, pharma or CRO industry
- Proven Project Management experience in Global Clinical Studies
- Advanced knowledge of clinical operations methodologies
- In depth understanding of all aspects of clinical study processes
- Able to independently lead global clinical studies
