Job Summary
Own the end-to-end Order-to-Cash and Purchase-to-Pay processes by mapping gaps, building foundational flowcharts, and preparing comprehensive Revenue Recognition and Assurance documentation. Collaborate with FinOps, IT, and regional finance teams to harmonize global processes and design ideal ERP structures. Support annual financial audits and ensure accurate month-end closing by contributing to the broader GL team. Execute detailed process mapping for Financial Systems and maintain structured internal references for other regions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related department (Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, etc.)
- 5+ years of applicable work experience in Accounting or Audit for multinational companies, with a strong focus on the O2C/Revenue cycle
- Proven experience in hands-on preparation and documentation of financial processes, flowcharts, and controls
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, with a good understanding of IFRS (specifically IFRS 15 / Revenue Recognition)
- Fluent in English with the ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively (both written and oral)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
Desired Qualifications
- Experience collaborating with FinOps, IT, or Financial Systems teams is highly valued
- Experience using SAP S4/HANA or similar tier-1 ERPs is a strong plus
- Experience with ERP migration or systems mapping is a plus
