Job Summary
Coordinate multidiscipline teams to prepare proposals and execute geotechnical projects, including field exploration programs, construction observation, and documentation. Perform engineering analysis for soil classification, foundation capacity, slope stability, and ground improvement while preparing technical reports and construction specifications. Partner with internal and external teams during project development and actively engage with client representatives throughout the construction phase. Develop scope of work, project budgets, work breakdown structures, and schedules. This Senior Geotechnical Engineer / Project Manager role is based in Exton, PA, requiring 10+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in civil or geotechnical engineering.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil/geotechnical engineering
- 10+ years of geotechnical engineering experience
- Positive work attitude and ability to work safely and efficiently when managing multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Working knowledge of: MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Clean driving record
- The ability to pass a drug test
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree
- PE
- Experience with geotechnical software packages including L-Pile, Uni-pile, SHAFT, gINT, GRL WEAP, GEO STUDIO, and FAD
