Job Summary
Direct and execute geotechnical project assignments including engineering analysis, report preparation, field exploration, and laboratory services. Provide senior-level review of proposals and reports to ensure client commitments are met. Direct and develop proposals and presentations while assisting in business development activities. Actively participate in professional and technical organizations. This senior leadership role is based on experience and requires a Florida Professional Engineer license or ability to obtain one within 8-12 months.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensure as a Professional Engineer in state of Florida, or ability to get license within 8-12 months of employment
- experience with Geotechnical design and calculations for permanent and temporary support systems for excavation and building foundations
- at least 5 years of relevant geotechnical engineering experience
Desired Qualifications
- MS in Civil/Geotechnical
- Experience with software including gINT, LPile, SlopeW, MathCAD, and CAD
