Job Summary
In the role of Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you will lead and mentor a team, manage project schedules, and develop both conceptual and numerical models. Required skills include expertise in seismic design, dynamic numerical modeling and proficiency with FLAC and PLAXIS tools. You will also oversee construction observation and engage in business development initiatives to maintain client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 6+ years of experience with dynamic numerical modeling or related professional experience
- PE license
- Strong proficiency with FLAC, PLAXIS, and related tools
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate seismic hazards
- Proven leadership, mentorship, and team-building skills
- Professional-level verbal and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering
- PhD in Geotechnical Engineering
