Job Summary
Lead safety efforts, create safe work environments, and promote pre-task planning for all projects. Perform and lead field investigations, engineering analyses, calculations, and recommendations, while designing plans, specifications, and reports. Review drawings and construction for compliance, prepare proposals and cost estimates, and track project progress and budgets. Resolve design and construction problems, assign and evaluate laboratory or field data, and provide technical direction for routine and complex projects. Supervise less experienced engineers, conduct training, and serve as an Authorized Project Reviewer. Manage marketing, sales, and business development while communicating complex engineering concepts to clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Minimum 8-11 years' of related experience
- Ohio Professional Engineer (PE) license; or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history
