Senior Geotechnical Engineer

Senior/Principal Geotechnical Engineer role focusing on managing and delivering complex ground engineering and investigation programs. Lead geotechnical design teams from options analysis through detailed design across Queensland and the broader ANZ region. Collaborate with multidisciplinary and site teams to achieve high-quality outcomes, mentor junior engineers, support team growth, and contribute to an inclusive, high-performing culture. Engage with AECOM’s international technical practice group to ensure quality, efficiency, and strong client relationships across all project stages.
