Job Summary
Design, build, maintain, and test geospatial databases and enterprise geodatabases while collecting, analyzing, and validating data using GIS, remote sensing, and GPS tools. Perform spatial analysis and GIS processing with ArcGIS and related Esri products to produce maps, web maps, and visualizations that support decision-making. Develop automated workflows and scripts using Python and SQL, integrating geospatial data with other datasets to generate actionable insights. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for GIS users and systems, documenting processes and coordinating tasks with project managers. Maintain Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility and work in a fast-paced environment supporting mission-critical Intelligence Community and Department of Defense projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in geography, GIS, geospatial engineering, computer science, or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience using GIS technologies
- Experience with spatial analysis, GIS workflows, and database development
- Active or Current (within two years of active) Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility

- Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Office applications
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications, and experience working in a home office setting, as well as the ability to train end users on frequently asked technical issues
- Ability to provide technical assistance and support over the phone; good phone skills, professional demeanor, and previous customer service experience
- Good problem-solving skills; ability to visualize a problem/situation and think abstractly to solve it
- Knowledge of Windows environments
- Proficiency with Esri products (ArcGIS Desktop, Enterprise, and Online)
- Working knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a team environment
