Senior Geologist

Lead Geologist onsite for large-scale or high-profile projects; accountable for ensuring technical quality of fieldwork, coordinating data collection from ground investigations, mentoring field geologists, and delivering client reports and technical analyses. Collaborates with engineering, operations, laboratory, and commercial teams; manages project timelines, prepares method statements and QA/QC plans, reviews borehole logs and in-situ testing results, and develops geological parameters and design analyses for client approvals. Extensive field leadership, cross-functional coordination, and a strong ownership mindset are required, along with clear communication and consistent adherence to safety practices and HSE procedures.
