Senior Generative AI Engineer

Job Summary
Design, train, and fine-tune generative models such as transformers and diffusion models to power AI-driven applications. Build scalable ML pipelines with CI/CD workflows and develop RESTful APIs to serve models in production. Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate AI into user-facing products while conducting experiments to evaluate and iterate on model performance. Monitor deployed systems, troubleshoot issues, and promote responsible AI practices. This role focuses on intelligent chatbots, creative media generation, and internal copilots, requiring expertise in PyTorch or TensorFlow and deployment on major cloud platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's in computer science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field
- Strong proficiency with ML/DL frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Proven experience with generative models (e.g., transformers, GANs, VAEs)
- Programming skills in Python and familiarity with deployment on AWS/GCP/Azure
- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Docker)
- Basic frontend development knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or similar)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in NLP, vision, or foundation models
- Experience in containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Understanding MLOps and model monitoring tools
- Experience fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering
