Job Summary
Supervise and develop the project team while directing and coordinating trade contractors and subcontractors. Monitor safety performance, verify compliance across all trades, and enforce the project safety plan. Coordinate jobsite logistics, schedule communication, and lead contractor meetings to oversee daily reports documented in Procore. Manage general conditions and site services budget, communicating schedule status, updates, and changes to the project team and trade contractors. This on-site leadership role supports a large-scale industrial project in Raleigh, NC, requiring 15+ years of superintendent experience on $100M+ commercial or industrial projects.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of superintendent experience on $100M+ commercial/industrial projects
- BS/MS in Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of construction safety processes and ability to enforce a project safety plan
- Proficient in Procore and Microsoft Office
Desired Qualifications
- Preference for life science/manufacturing project background
- OSHA 30 certification
- Ability to participate in sales interviews and client presentations
- Ideally knows the Raleigh Market
