Job Summary
Senior General Manager of Restaurants for F&B Administration at Bellagio provides strategic leadership and operational oversight across multiple dining venues, guiding and developing a team of managers and service professionals to achieve operational excellence, financial goals, and exceptional guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include owning daily restaurant operations, labor productivity, scheduling, inventory control, staff development, coordinating with the Executive Chef on culinary-service integration, ensuring health and sanitation standards, enforcing policies and procedures, driving guest experience, and leading marketing initiatives to drive profitability. The ideal candidate has strong general management experience in luxury/high-volume dining, ability to collaborate with culinary teams, and a focus on coaching, performance feedback, and diversity in staffing.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of prior relevant experience
- Previous General Management experience in a high-volume, luxury, or fine-dining restaurant preferred
- Previous experience managing employees under a collective bargaining agreement preferred
- Must be 21 years of age or older
